Bicycle for Underprivileged Students in Puthukudiyiruppu – June 2019

In June 2018, Peer 2 Peer Foundation provided bicycles to orphan children housed and supported by Child Development and Protection Organization (CDPO) in Batticaloa, Sri Lanka. As P2P continue to work with Sri Lankan NGO organizations, we recognized transportation to and from schools iare very difficult to many students in these remote areas. Through Mr. Anbumani’s coordination, we identified 5 students in the Puthukudiyiruppu to provide them with bicycles. On June 9, 2019, with IAS Director for Mullaitivu School District as the chief Guest, P2P donated bicycles to the identified students.
